2026-1 Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective From: 7 September 2026

Promoter: Trade Safe Transfers Pty Ltd (ACN 681 376 045), a company registered in Australia and operating the Trade Safe Transfers payment platform at tradesafetransfers.com.au (in these terms, "Trade Safe Transfers", "we", "us", or "our"). In these terms, "you" means the tradesperson participating in the promotion.

1. About This Promotion

This promotion is designed to help new tradespeople try Trade Safe Transfers end to end. During the promotional period, Trade Safe Transfers will create a $50 job on the platform with an eligible new tradesperson, acting as the paying customer. When that job is marked complete, the $50 job payment is released to the tradesperson through the platform in the normal way. The $50 job payment is the reward.

2. Who Can Participate

To be eligible you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Be an Australian resident with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN). Both sole traders and companies are welcome;
• Be a new user of Trade Safe Transfers. Existing users, or anyone with a previously registered Trade Safe Transfers account, are not eligible;
• Register with accurate, verifiable information; and
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of Trade Safe Transfers, and not be an immediate family member of any of those people.

3. How the Reward Works

To receive the reward you must, during the promotional period:

1. Sign up as a new tradesperson on Trade Safe Transfers, verify your identity through the app's standard verification flow, and add a verified Australian bank account in your name (or in your business's name);
2. Accept a $50 job created for you on Trade Safe Transfers by our promotions account (customer email: promo@tradesafetransfers.com.au); and
3. Complete the job in the app and have it marked complete by us as the customer.

4. Reward Details

• The $50 reward is the payment released to you for completing the qualifying job. It is not a separate transfer.
• The payment is released to your verified bank account through the Trade Safe Transfers platform within 7 business days of the qualifying job being marked complete.
• The standard Trade Safe Transfers 2% tradesperson service fee and the standard $30 milestone service fee do not apply to the qualifying promotional job. You receive the full $50.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the Trade Safe Transfers platform, or for any other form of compensation.
• Any tax liability arising from receipt of the reward is your responsibility. We recommend you seek independent tax advice if you are unsure how this applies to you.

5. Promotional Period

• Start: 12:01am AEST on 7 September 2026.
• End: 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2026.
• To qualify, you must complete every step in section 3 (sign up, verify, accept the job, have it marked complete) within this window. Jobs marked complete after 11:59pm AEST on 1 October 2026 do not qualify.

6. Reward Pool and Cap

• The total value of rewards available under this promotion is capped at $20,000 (equivalent to 400 rewards of $50 each).
• Rewards are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, ordered by the time the qualifying job is marked complete in the platform.
• Once the cap is reached, or the promotional period ends, no further rewards will be issued under this promotion, even for tradespeople who have already signed up.
• We may close the promotion early on notice through this page if the cap is reached before the end date.

7. Limits and Exclusions

• One reward per tradesperson. For this promotion, "one tradesperson" means one verified identity and one verified bank account. Multiple signups by the same person, or multiple accounts sharing a bank account or verified identity, will be treated as a single entrant.
• Jobs that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed do not qualify.
• We may withhold or cancel a reward if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, manipulation of the promotion, or breach of these terms or of our Terms of Service. Our decision on eligibility is final.
• Any tradesperson who breaches our Terms of Service is not eligible.

8. Verification

Before releasing a reward, we may verify:

• Your identity, business (ABN), and bank account details;
• That the qualifying job was legitimately completed; and
• That you meet all eligibility criteria in these terms.

We may request additional documentation and pause release of the reward until verification is complete.

9. Personal Information

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in this promotion, you consent to us using your information for the purposes of running, verifying, and paying out this promotion.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law. If we do so, we will update this page. Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned under the terms in force at the time.

11. Liability and Consumer Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Safe Transfers is not liable for:

• Technical issues that prevent you from registering, being invited to the qualifying job, or completing it;
• Delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors; or
• Any loss or damage arising from your participation in this promotion.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

12. Governing Law

This promotion, and these Terms and Conditions, are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
